Polaris RZR XP TURBO - Valve Spring & Retainer Kits
Designed for high rpm, BC valve springs by PAC Racing are wound from only the highest grade, super clean, chrome silicone alloy and feature proprietary processing procedures for consistent pressures. Choose from the premium beehive design valve spring or the dual for those who perfer added pressure. BC titanium retainers are CNC machined from 6AL4V round bar titanium to exacting tolerances. The titanium retainer option is only designed to work in race only applications with limited miles (under 2500 annually). BC H13 tool steel retainers are the correct choice for those looking to install the kit and forget about it for the rest of the engine's cycle life. Tool steel offers the ultimate in wear resistance. For those looking for an economical alternative, BC's 4140 chromoly steel retainers are the correct choice, but the wear characteristics are not as durable as the tool steel option.

POLARIS XP SERIES CAM BUCKETS (Shim Under)
Made from aerospace grade, 4140 chromoly steel alloy and completely CNC machined from heat-treated billet round bar. Heavy-duty wall thickness eliminates distortion and cam face depression, while reducing overall weight from non-critical stress areas. Nitrided and polished to a surface hardness of 60RC for minimal wear. Provides lower friction with cam lobes and cylinder head lifter bores for improved durability.

Polaris RZR XP TURBO Valve Shim Adjusters
BC valve lash adjusters are CNC machined from S7 tool steel for the ultimate in wear resistance. Each shim kit includes 50 pieces from 10 varying thicknesses starting at 2.40mm thick all the way up to 2.85mm thick in 0.05mm increments. 5 shims in each thickness.

Polaris RZR XP TURBO Valve Keepers / Locks
5.5mm stem diameter, 7° billet performance valve stem keepers or locks are designed to fit BC and OEM retainers. Precision machined from premium billet bar stock chromoly steel and heat treated for maximum strength to insure against shoulder shearing (common with stock and lesser quality brands).

Polaris RZR XP TURBO Stainless Steel Valves
BC valves are one piece design with a friction welded Stellite tip for the best possible performance. Every valve is made from premium grade, heat resistant stainless steel material to insure reliability with high boost and/or high rpm applications. The undercut stem above the head area not only reduces overall weight for extended rpm potential, but also significantly improves air/fuel flow in and out of the combustion chamber. Every valve is fully machined and features a swirl polished finish under the head. BC premium exhaust valves are made from Nimonic 90 blend with 5 times more tensile strength than stainless steel and a max temperature rating of 2400°F…these are the choice when running high boost.

POLARIS RZR XP Turbo VALVE STEM SEALS
BC valve stem seals allow a carefully defined amount of engine oil from the cylinder head into the combustion chamber to lubricate the rotating valve stem in the valve guide. BC valve stem seals are produced from high performance Viton material and feature a steel alloy case for increased part life and lower wear. There are three valve seal options:

BC3990 - Trimmed down version of BC3992 that is intended for aftermarket guides that are not BC's threaded design. Use with any BC or aftermarket spring kit, up to .460" lobe lift.
BC3991 - Integrated Viton seat/seal that's similar to the stock design. Use with stock springs/retainers or BC aftermarket spring kit up to .430" cam lift.
BC3992 - Viton valve seal that is only intended for BC's threaded valve guides (BC3966). These guides are installed in BC CNC ported heads but are also available for purchase.

POLARIS RZR XP TURBO VALVE GUIDES
BC premium valve guides feature a threaded end where the valve stem seal goes, virtually eliminating the seal popping off at extended rpm's. Made from Manganese Silicon Aluminum Bronze alloy and CNC machined to exacting tolerances. BC guides are resistant to cracking and corrosion, while reducing friction and insures high lubrication even at elevated engine temperatures and rpm's. The perfect replacement to worn or damaged guides and 100% compatible with BC's lineup of stainless steel valves.
